AI Response Generation

The intelligent core of customer communications. When a message is routed to the AI agent, this process gathers rich context from across the Supersk system (customer profile, active orders, delivery status, conversation history), understands the customer's intent, generates a natural response, and assesses confidence. AI-generated responses are NEVER sent directly to the customer. They are saved as drafts in the Messages table (Status = Draft) and made available on the management platform for a founder to review, optionally edit, and approve before sending. This matches the Customer.ai_enabled semantics: AI drafts, humans send. If confidence is low or escalation signals are detected, the conversation is handed over to a human founder via 09.04 with the draft included as a suggested response.
