Customer Lookup

Query service that returns customer profiles to other processes. Supports lookup by phone number, Airtable record ID, or name search. Returns the full profile including computed lifecycle fields (status, cohort, revenue). When a phone lookup finds no match, signals that registration (08.01) is needed.
