Human Handover
Manages the escalation of conversations from the AI agent to a human founder, and the reverse path when the founder returns control. Triggered when the AI agent's confidence is too low, when escalation signals are detected (customer frustration, sensitive topics, explicit human request), or when a founder manually takes over via the management platform. Notifies founders with full conversation context and a suggested response. Handles the resolution path when founders are done and want to resume agent mode.
