Batch Finalization

Finalize delivery batches for a specific day. Verify all customer delivery times are agreed, preserve the route-aware community sequencing produced earlier in planning, group confirmed orders into batches with appropriate breaks, assign delivery personnel, and get founder approval on the batch plan before dispatch. If some orders remain unconfirmed after multiple attempts, escalate to founders rather than blocking the entire day's deliveries.
