Shared service that owns geographic reference data: Communities, Buildings, and Community Scheduling Tiers in Airtable. Resolves customer addresses to Building + Community records (creating new entries when a previously unknown location is mentioned). Manages proximity relationships (drive tiers between communities, walk tiers between buildings) used by Delivery Planning for route optimization.
