Order Delivery Scheduling

Confirm a proposed delivery time with the customer via WhatsApp. If no proposed time exists yet, request one from the Delivery Time Suggestions process. Handle customer acceptance, rejection (re-propose with a new time), and in-progress batch updates. Manages the Order.Status transitions: Proposed → Awaiting Response → Confirmed (or back to Schedule on decline).
