Approach & Arrival
Per-delivery loop within a community batch. For each delivery: check timing, approach the customer, send notifications, handle doorstep handover and payment, manage customer-not-available exceptions, complete post-handover tasks (tutorial, vouchers), and loop until the batch is done. The delivery order is inherited from upstream planning and should not be re-sequenced ad hoc.
