Collect delivery availability, founder calendars, existing orders, demand estimates, and marketing plans. Group orders by community and time of day, then draft a route-aware community schedule that favors geographically closer communities back-to-back. Community placement across the day uses both demand levels and the new community drive-tier relationships from Airtable. Founders review and iterate on the draft via WhatsApp until approved.
